Dance Film Festival
Dance as landscape, landscape as dance space. The Dance Film Festival presents The Landscape Collection, a curated block of short films assembled especially for KoresponDance audiences. A selection of Czech and international films showcase first-rate screen dance. The works address the beauty of nature, with its spectacular shapes and details, but, above all, speak to the deep connection of humans to the landscape. The films highlight the biological, spiritual and aesthetic dimensions of human beings’ relationship to their planet, the planet that is their only home.
This block of short films will be moderated by Jana Návratová, artistic director of the Dance Film Festival.
The program will take place even in unfavorable weather, in the case of rain, outdoor production will be moved in. Capacity of inner space of the castle is limited, we recommend arriving early enough. Outdoors are unlimited.
