There is a strong tradition of skilful acrobatics in Morocco and Moroccan acrobats are to be found in the world’s leading circuses. During this workshop on Moroccan acrobatics, you’ll get to know the basics of acrobatic technique, including the teamwork needed for traditional pyramids, floor acrobatics and different types of hand-balancing technique. The workshop will be led by Moroccan artists, brothers Mohammed and Wahib Hammich, who you can see performing in OQDA during KoresponDance. The workshop is open to all, no prior experience is required.
Part 1
The program will take place even in unfavorable weather, in the case of rain, outdoor production will be moved in. Capacity of inner space of the castle is limited, we recommend arriving early enough. Outdoors are unlimited.
