Led by Australian choreographer James Batchelor, this workshop will experiment with how the body can map space. Since his involvement in a sub-Antarctic expedition, James has been questioning how the body senses, measures and maps the unknown. This was the experience that led to the development of the performance HYPERSPACE, which was selected for Aerowaves and can be seen as part of this year’s festival. The workshop is intended for participants with movement experience and is open to both students and professionals.

The program will take place even in unfavorable weather, in the case of rain, outdoor production will be moved in. Capacity of inner space of the castle is limited, we recommend arriving early enough. Outdoors are unlimited.
